Outreach and Workshops
Since 2016, Compagnie Corps Itinérants has worked with different structures and institutions aiming cultural awareness workshops of contemporary dance, among them:
• Emmanuel d’Alzon Institute in Nîmes (college and high school section 50 students)
• EPSE Dance founded by Anne Marie Porras
In 2018 and 2019, choreographer Clara Villalba is invited to work throughout France and meet an intergenerational audience to whom she wishes to transmit contemporary dance by bringing a new artistic and choreographic vision.
Among these meetings and exchanges, new partnerships have begun with:
• The students of the Highschool François 1er in Le Havre in partnership with the “Phare” CCN du Havre
• The students of the Highschool Virlogeux in Riom, in partnership with “La Comédie” scène nationale de Clermont Ferrand
• “Dance Essay” in Pézenas
• Participants of the cycle “7 Meetings – 7 Tools”
In 2020, the choreographer Clara Villalba starts transmitting choreographic work to the younger generation. She works with the following schools:
• Spinoza, Vasco-de Gama, Marcel Pagnol and Jacques Prévert (Montpellier)
• Elementary schools Baruch Spinoza (Montpellier), Pasteur and Jaurès (Béziers) and in Boujan-sur-Libron
• Jean Perrin High School (Béziers)
